Students are taught by academics with extensive industry experience in writing and styling beauty, celebrity and fashion editorial features for magazines including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle and Good Housekeeping.

Students have access to professional photography facilities, as well as a make-up area. Mac suites with the latest design and publishing software and a reprographics room are also available to help students develop their digital skills.

Students on this course can take advantage of opportunities to get involved in retail activities at Re:So, stunning student-run store which sells a unique mix of fashion, accessories, publications, furniture and art produced by the University’s creative students and graduates. The store’s upper floor ‘learning zone’ has previously hosted guest speakers from the fashion industry, workshops, photo-shoots and exhibitions – with an emphasis on developing student retail, enterprise and employability skills.gradpic
