The HND Computing and Systems Development programme is a nationally recognised qualification offering career progression and professional development in the computing sector.
This course is specifically designed to develop key knowledge, understanding and practical skills required in the computing sector and offers particular emphasis on specific computing related topics through the choice of specialist course modules.
Upon successful completion of the HND students will be provided with an opportunity to progress onto the final year of an undergraduate degree programme.

Access to Higher Education certificate or equivalent level 3 qualification or equivalent in computing or a related subject area e.g. BTEC Extended Diploma, Advanced Diploma, AVCE etc, with a minimum grade of merit or Grade C or above. And GCSE English and Maths grades A–C
Mature students who do not meet the entry requirements above will be considered subject to an interview and assessment in English and Maths. Appropriate work experience and other achievements in computing related areas will also be considered
This Undergraduate course qualifies for funding from the Student Finance England You would normally apply for this funding at the time of your application and this will cover the cost of your tuition fees and in addition to this you may also be eligible for maintenance loan and other grants.
