The Accounting with Finance degree is ideal for those interested in a future professional career in accounting, finance, audit and taxation, and acts as a foundation for further study in accounting or finance at postgraduate or professional level. This undergraduate Accounting with Finance programme focuses on modern accountancy concentrating on teamwork, real-world case studies and developing strategy from financial data.

WHAT WILL I STUDY?

This degree is designed for those with an interest in accounting and finance. During the first year, you’ll develop a solid understanding of the fundamentals of accounting and finance. Years two and three will explore how organisations use accounting and finance practices to make sensible predictions and sound business decisions in an ever-changing business landscape. As part of the curriculum, in addition to your accounting and finance knowledge, you’ll also develop the skills demanded by today’s business employer including critical analysis, leadership, team working, communication and presentation skills.
