A Master of Laws (LLM) is a postgraduate degree designed to enhance your academic legal knowledge, particularly focusing on specific areas of interest. Specially designed for law and non-law graduates who want to gain a Master’s qualification in law, this course focuses specifically on developing an in-depth knowledge of Mental Health Law.
The LLM Mental Health Law will provide you with the opportunity to explore issues surrounding mental health laws and regulations. You will examine the availability of services, regulation of mental health care providers and the relationship between society and people who live with mental disabilities.
