MSc Human Resources with Employment Law

Course Overview

Our Master’s in Human Resources with Employment Law programme enables professionals to specialise in the legal aspects of human resource management and employment. With modules focusing on Global Business Strategy and Strategic Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, you’ll develop a broad comprehension of the most important concepts in people management in both a legal and global context. The course is available full time (1 year) and part time (2 years) as well as online.

WHAT WILL I STUDY?

The MSc Human Resources with Employment Law programme prepares both entry-level and established professionals to develop their career as either HRM leaders, managers, general managers and HR business specialists. Students will develop their understanding of Human Resource Management and Leadership across a variety of organisational settings, taking into account the way national and international contexts impact upon people management. They will also gain a critical understanding of the legal framework governing human resources and employment. The Business School prides itself on the practical relevancy of its programmes which combine critical theory with real life case studies and are delivered by academics with substantial industry experience. We have successfully accredited this programme with a professionally-recognised CMI (Chartered Management Institute) qualification.
